Processing Time:

Our processing time ranges from 3-5 business, this may vary depending on the product. 

Please note that our processing time refers only to the time it takes us to prepare and make your order. This does not include shipping time. Shipping time will be added on top of the processing time once your order has been completed and handed over to the carrier.

Delivery Time:

Once shipped, delivery takes between 3-8 business days. Please understand that delivery times may also vary based on the product and your specific location.

Tracking Information:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once your package is shipped, please contact the carrier directly for any delivery issues, including non-delivery or lost packages. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

Sticker Orders:

For sticker orders, we offer free shipping without tracking. If you would like tracking for your sticker order, you can upgrade your shipping during checkout.
